We artistically guarantee all of our work, and if for any reason you do not like the results please let us know. Then we will either re-do your item at no charge, or offer a full refund. All we ask is that you return your purchase to us for review.
As a strict company policy we will only engrave text and graphics that you are legally able to use, and we will ask you to confirm this via email before we do any engraving. We will not engrave graphics protected by trademark or copyright without the proper legal authorization.
We also need to receive payment before engraving and shipping since once engraved we can not re-use the item. Lead time for shipping our custom engraved items is based on how quickly we receive everything we need to get started. As soon as we have an acceptable graphic, know what color you would like, and payment is received, we immediately put the item in the engraving schedule. After being scheduled we always try to ship within five business days.
